Alice in Wonderland is probably one of the first books I’ve read. I’ve seen the 1950′s movie adaptation and the Disney animated flick as well. Next year a new movie will be coming out. It’s directed by Tim Burton and stars Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as The Red Queen, Anne Hathaway as The White Queen, and Mia Wasikowska as Alice.
Judging from the trailer below, this is a must see. I’ll be watching Alice in Wonderland as soon as it’s out in I-max 3D. It will be out in the US in March 5, 2010. I just hope it doesn’t turn out to be another Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
