Curious is the right adjective for this movie. I was curious how a Benjamin Button’s life would be when he was born old. Instead of getting older, he does the reverse and grows younger each year. With a plot like this you, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is definitely something you’ve never seen before.
The story is told by Benjamin Button (Brad Pitt) himself although there are some parts in which Daisy (Cate Blanchett) adds to the story. The movie took place from the time World War I end up to Hurricane Katrina’s arrival. Much like Forrest Gump, Button’s life is interesting but unlike Gump, he didn’t meet any presidents.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is enjoyable but the story has its flaws. It’s a love story that portrays age as just a being number yet Button left Daisy and his family because he felt he’s inadequate as a father. This is not the only hole in the plot.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button might not be perfect but it’s not that bad. Even though the running time is more than 2 hours, it would just breeze by you. But this fact is true. You’ll never meet another Benjamin Button in our lifetime.
