At 151 minutes, The Dark Knight is a long movie. But I think the length was necessary. Cut the movie short and it would feel hurried. It’s needed to tell the story of Batman, The Joker and Two Face.

Everyone is talking about Heath Ledger’s performance as the Joker but I think Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent was also phenomenal. His portrayal as Two Face is better than Tommy Lee’s version. It was just like Eckhart’s character in Thank You for Not Smoking. In that movie, he was a tobacco company’s spokesman who tells lies while at the same time try to be a role model for his son. Two faced.
The Dark Knight was long and it was dark but it was worth it.
Harvey Dent: You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
See you in the next movie Dent.
